Makn Energy Pty Ltd is a licensed solar and electrical contractor based in South Australia. We hold all required licences and accreditations to carry out solar and electrical work in South Australia.

By using our website, you agree to:

• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its underlying systems.
• Not transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Not reproduce, copy, or redistribute website content without our prior written consent.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website at any time without notice.

Any quote or proposal provided by Makn Energy is valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotes are based on information provided by you and a site assessment where applicable. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ materially from those assessed.

A quote does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when both parties have signed a written agreement or formal acceptance of a proposal.

Makn Energy provides solar panel installation, battery storage, EV charger installation, off-grid systems, electrical services, and system maintenance. All work is carried out by licensed and accredited personnel in accordance with applicable Australian Standards, the Clean Energy Council (CEC) guidelines, and relevant state regulations.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service engagement at our discretion.

Payment terms are set out in your individual quote or contract. Unless otherwise agreed:

• A deposit may be required prior to commencement of work.
• Final payment is due on completion of installation.
• Overdue invoices may attract interest and recovery costs.

We accept payment by bank transfer and other methods as agreed. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise.

Makn Energy assists customers in accessing applicable government rebates and incentives (e.g. STCs under the Small-scale Renewable Energy Scheme, SA Home Battery Scheme). We make no guarantee that you will qualify for any particular rebate or incentive. Eligibility is determined by the relevant government body, not Makn Energy.

Quoted prices that include an assumed rebate or STC discount are conditional on your eligibility being confirmed.

Makn Energy provides a workmanship warranty on all installations as specified in your contract. Product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers and are subject to their individual terms.

Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by:

• Misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modification of the system.
• Acts of nature (storm, hail, flood, fire).
• Work carried out by third parties after our installation.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makn Energy's liability for any claim arising from our services or website use is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant service.

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of savings.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and code — is owned by or licensed to Makn Energy and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
